My client is looking for a strong BMS professional, with a technical background that has a flair for customer relations and sales to work with them to help build on their already fantastic reputation within the London area.
This position is for a BMS Technical Account Manager, you will be working with already established accounts to help clients improve energy optimisation.
The Role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients who use or are interested in BMS solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to identify areas where the BMS can improve efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance building performance.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on the functionality and capabilities of the BMS.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional BMS features or services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business and expand the client base.
- Use client feedback to enhance the BMS and improve overall customer satisfaction.
The Candidate:
- Strong BMS background (technical or sales)
- Great customer liaison skills, with ability to advise clients on their best option with their BMS.
- Great communication skills as well as commercial awareness.
- Ambitious, with professional development opportunities and training programs available.
