What you will be doing:
- Interacting with customers, understanding their vehicle is in for service and providing detailed information on the repair process.
- Provide clear and detailed explanations of recommended services, including cost estimates and timelines
- Invoicing: Accurately prepare invoices and provide transparent quotes to customers.
- Coordination: Liaise between customers and technicians to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion.
- The ability to develop trust with our customers and to resolve conflict situations calmly and professionally.
- Upsell additional services and products as appropriate to enhance the customer experience and maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions in the dealership database.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, preferably within a BMW dealership or luxury automotive brand.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanour.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency IT skills – Training on inhouse systems will be provided. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
