Booking officer

Our lovely client is looking for a Booking Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 months.

Main duties will include;

• Booking patient appointments via telephone or letter
• Working closely with the Administration Team Leader, Consultants, Superintendents and Senior Staff to contribute positively to the effectiveness and efficiency of the team
• deal with all queries effectively in a sensitive manner
• Attend regular team briefs and huddles and ensure any duties are carried out as requested.

This role will suit someone who is competent with speaking to customers, and able to multitask and work at pace.

37.5 hours per week on-site
