Bookkeeper

REED are exclusively recruiting for a Bookkeeper for a Poole based Accountancy Practice. The firm are expanding having recently acquired another practice and have an opening for a Bookkeeper on a part time or full time basis.

Bookkeeper

Part time / Full Time 

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience 

Poole, office based 

Duties

• Bookkeeping duties including VAT returns, bank reconciliations, monthly management reports
• Preparing working papers on Excel to assist with accounts
• General ad hoc support
• Payroll, pensions submissions, Credit control 

The Successful Applicant

• Confident on all versions of Sage, as well as a good knowledge of other bookkeeping programs including Excel, Xero and QuickBook
• Good communication skills
