Bookkeeper & Finance Administrator - Part Time

We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our team to support 4 Companies:

ESA Property, ESA Property Contracts, ESA Property Acquisitions & Ellacott Investments.

The Job is offered on a Part Time basis, days and hours are flexible - This is with the exception of Friday where you would need to be available for payroll meetings.

The successful candidate should have experience in dealing with accounts, invoices and systems such as Hubdoc, Xero & Google Docs.

Job Roles will include:

• Receiving, qualifying and processing sub contractor invoices.
• Allocating invoices to client folder and preparing invoices to be sent.
• Meeting with project managers to run payroll.
• Managing Trade Accounts
• Meeting with accountants/ bookkeepers
• Bank Account reconciliations

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £13.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week
