As a Business Administrator, you will:
- Need to provide excellent customer service at all times
- Assist Stakeholders / Customers with billing queries
- Assist in financial administration
- Liaise with insurances companies to gain authorisation for upcoming surgery.
- Contact patients prior to admission for payments when self-funding
- Resolve Data Quality issues
- Work with the Business Administration Manager to continually improve process
- Support any other Business Administration requirements within the department
To succeed as an Administrator you will:
- Be a confident communicator with proven experience of dealing with customer queries
- Have the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Have excellent IT skills (Outlook/Excel/Word)
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Have the ability to develop good working relationships with key stakeholders within the business
- Be educated to GCSE level in English and Maths - NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent desirable
This will be a varied role that plays a vital part in supporting our Finance and Administration teams. Please note due to the nature of this role you will be required to work onsite at all times.
