As Customer Support Administrator you will be the first point of contact for customers, this is a varied role that will keep you motivated. You will be trained to possess in-depth knowledge about company products and services, be able to influence the development of future features, and act as a voice for their customers. You will be provided with the necessary support, encouragement, and autonomy to perform your best work and achieve your career goals.

What we're looking for:
- Experience in financial services sector
- Positive, self-starter, pro-active personality
- Experience in Customer Service/Support
- Dealing with external providers
- Microsoft Office 365 Suite / Excel (Intermediate)
- Experience with helpdesk/ticketing will be helpful
