TeamJobs are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our client based in Poole. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in Sage 200.

• £30,000 - £32,000 DOE
• Permanent - Full Time - Monday to Friday
• 22 days holiday (Plus Bank Holidays)
• Summertime leave early on Fridays
• Clothing allowance £1,000
• Fun Days - including sailing, paddleboarding afternoons, BBQ's and Team Birthday lunches

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by recording all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Process invoices, bills, and payments in a timely manner. Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and accounted for. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage team and company expenses.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the finance team and the organisation.

What we require from you:

• The ideal candidate will need to be level 4 AAT qualified or currently working towards this.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
• Knowledge of Sage 200
