About Our Client
A fast growing and highly successful accountancy practice based in Banbury but with offices all over the south is searching for a Bookkeeper to join their team, in a hands on, key support role, bookkeeping and managing the provision of services to a client portfolio, preparing vat returns and providing online accounting advise and other services to a mixed and varied client base. You will carve a key role here, adding value to clients and building relationships, within a growing team and firm.
Job Description
The key responsibilities for this Bookkeeper based in Banbury are:
- Bookkeeping services
- Preparation of Management accounts
- VAT returns
- on Xero accounting software plus of Quickbooks, SAGE and other accountancy software packages
The Successful Applicant
For this Bookkeeper opportunity, based in Banbury, our client are searching for candidates who have/are:
- AAT studying, or hold an AAT qualification and/or, ACCA studying
- 2-3 years or significantly more UK practice experience
- Excellent knowledge of Xero accounting software is essential as is experience of Quickbooks, SAGE and other accountancy software packages.
- friendly, confident and enthusiastic, and be willing to work within a team environment
- As a significant amount of the work will be based at one or more of our client premises the ability to build solid working relationships is essential
