Join a growing specialist building contractor as a Part-Time Bookkeeper.
Working 3 days per week, flexible.
THE JOB:
- All aspects of sales ledger and purchase ledger
- Reconciling supplier statements to company accounts and managing supplier payments
- Bank reconciliation
- Checking and reconciling employee expenses and raising payments
- Company credit card reconciliation
- VAT returns
- Liaising with external site staff/sub-contractors and clients regularly
- General office duties.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Qualified by experience or education
- Previous bookkeeping and general accounting experience
- High attention to detail, organised and able to prioritise
- Comfortable and confident speaking with customers directly.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £16 per hour, equivalent to £31,200 pro-rata
- 20 days holiday + public holidays
