Job Description:

As a Bookkeeper with Kybotech, you'll be instrumental in maintaining our financial health through diligent record-keeping and effective accounting practices. Your role will include:

• Daily Tasks:
• Record day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy.
• Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
• Assist with monthly payroll duties and ensure compliance.
• Long-term Goals:
• Enhance our accounting procedures for improved efficiency and accuracy.
• Support financial audits by providing accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline financial reporting processes.

Requirements

• Proven (2+ years) bookkeeping experience, with a strong foundation in accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero) and MS Excel.
• AAT qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
