Bookkeeper

Our client is looking for a Bookkeeper, reporting to the Finance Director and starting as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in our client's Team.

Our client is a well known organisation in Newark and are a leading specialist in the Agriculture industry.

They are looking for a Bookkeeper to join them on a contractual basis and starting as soon as possible.

For the successful candidate, they will be based out of their Newark office and are offering a salary up to £30,000 (DOE).

Description

Bookkeeper Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Maintaining financial records
• Reconciliations
• Reporting
• Supporting with budgeting and forecasting
• Analysis
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Assisting with queries
• Adhoc duties that may be required

Profile

The successful Bookkeeper:

• Be immediately available or available on short notice
• Have experience in a similar position
• Attention to detal
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in accounting software
• Strong grasp of accounts
• Knowledge of VAT
• Organisation skills
• Be local to Newark
• Experience in Agriculture / Farming
