So, who are we looking for?

An experienced Bookkeeper is needed to join the back office team to help drive efficiency, and, ensure we are ready to build and undertake new challenges.

This is a permanent, part time position, primarily office based, which can offer flexibility for the right and successful candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Compiling the full monthly management accounts and reporting for local and HQ management team.
• Preparation of monthly payroll, P11D and any related needs.
• Clear understanding of all aspects relating to VAT.
• Preparation of Bank reconciliation
• Managing Company credit control
• Processing of employee monthly expenses
• Use of IFS for posting of purchase invoices
• Preparation of all bank payment needs and recommendations
• Produce ad hoc reports as required
• Must be able to work the 1st working day of each month
• Supplier contract negotiations and management
• Company car records, lease management and aspects around company car management
• Assisting with supplier questionnaires

Meritorious:

• Previous, qualified, accounting or financial background
• Excellent understanding of IFS or similar ERP solutions
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and related software packages.
• Ability to work on your own or in a team environment.
• Ability to engage with Customers verbally or via electronic communication methods in a strong, confident but professional manner.
• Accurate, organised and efficient with ability to prioritise tasks when needed.
• HR experience required when working with payroll enquires.
• Clear attention to detail
