Reed Accountancy, Norwich are pleased to be working with a rapidly expanding business based near to Beccles who are hoping to appoint a part time, bookkeeper to the business. This role will be office based 2-3 days per week and will provide support to the finance and office administration department, working closely with the Finance Manager.
Bookkeeper duties and responsibilities:
- Daily checking, inputting and reconciling of invoices onto Sage
- Bank reconciliations
- Supporting the finance director with month end responsibilities
- Inputting payroll information into sage and conducting basic calculations
- Sales ledger processing and credit control, chasing outstanding payments by phone and email
