We are recruiting for a Bookkeeper for a reputable organisation on a permanent contract.
You will be responsible for:
- Bank and statement reconciliations
- The sales ledger, including sending invoices and allocating cash
- Dealing with the purchase ledger, including matching invoices to PO numbers and completing payment runs
- Assisting with monthly payroll, including adding starters and deleting leavers
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience of the above duties
- Have strong IT and finance system skills including Sage, as well as good MS Excel skills
- Have a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
