Greenwellgleeson is exclusively recruiting a Bookeeper on a part time basis to join a well established stable and growing business in Solihull. This is a part time role with some flexibility with hours depending on the candidate. You will be responsible for the maintenance of proper accounting records and accurate production of management reports to enable the Directors to understand historical business performance and opportunity's to grow.
Ensure the ongoing maintenance of the accounts and records of the company
Processing all transactions
Produce Sales and Purchase ledgers and ensure timely communication to management
Working with the management team to produce annual budgets
Collate data for payroll in conjunction with a outsourced provider
Monitor Cashflow
Liase with external Accounting firm to produce annual accounts and Corporation tax returns
