Description
The key responsibilities of a Bookkeeper will include:
Prepare and maintain financial records including sales, purchase, receipt and payment records.Manage invoicing, ledger entries, and account balances.
Perform regular financial analysis and produce financial reports.
Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.
Ensure compliance with the company's accounting and financial policies.
Collaborate with the accounting team to improve financial procedures.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Participate in financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
Profile
A successful Bookkeeper should have:Proven track record in Accounts with Excellent Accountancy and Bookkeeping skills
Experience and knowledge of Sage Accountancy and Payroll SoftwareProficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices and procedures.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
