Bookkeeper (Part Time)

Qualifications / experience required for a varied role assisting the Finance manager

• Proven experience and qualification as a Bookkeeper, Accounts Assistant or other relevant role
• Excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of Smartsheet, Excel and Quickbooks would be an advantage
• Customer Invoices
• Aged Receivables Management and Chasing, as required
• CSV file import/export
• Supplier Invoices
• HR file updates, contracts, payroll & payroll journals
• Validation and verification of data and compliance
• Support with Budgeting, Forecasting, Cashflow Planning, and KPI Reports
• The right candidate will need to be Flexible, Committed, Reliable, Honest, Helpful and Low Maintenance
