Accountant/Bookkeeper Part Time

Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Part Time - Accountant 20 hours per week flexi.
The company:- is a highly successful electronics firm and generates a multi million turnover. This is a new role to support the FC/FD working from a small corporate head office in Bracknell. With operations all over the world their customer base ranges from Multi nationals to medium sized organisations.
The role:- you will be responsible for the company purchase ledger controls, batching & coding, supplier statement reconciliation, receivables, bank reconciliations, cash books, VAT returns, double entry bookkeeping, financial accounting and all month end close.
Working with the sales team and supporting the FC alot of the time remotely, responsibilities will also include office management, tracking projects, assist with audit and budget preparation and be the on site point of contact for finance related issues.
The person:- well presented, confident and outgoing, comfortable getting involved and adding value to the business, taking early responsibility to pick controls up and make them better. Strong accounting skills, good excel. Qualified by experience or a graduate early stage studier only looking for a role for 20 hours a week. Perhaps someone coming back into the workplace, organised, thorough, commercially aware and bright, ready to help and join a small team to achieve company goals.
