Salary BOOKKEEPER
We have an immediate opening for a detail orientated Bookkeeper to take control and maintain accurate financial records for our local client. This is an office-based part-time position, up to 16 hours a week. Times to be discussed at interview stage. This role could suit a qualified by experience (QBE) person with heaps of experience within similar bookkeeping roles.
Salary up to 17PH depending on experience
Key responsibilities for the Part-time Bookkeeper include,
- Maintain and manage financial records including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices, receipts and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Preparation of financial reports, budgets and forecasts
- Management accounts including prepayments, accurals and P&L
- Monitor financial transactions and perform regular audits to identify discrepancies
The ideal Part-time Bookkeeper will need,
- Previous experience within a similar bookkeeping role
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident computer skills including Excel, full training given on bespoke in-house software
- Friendly approach, good verbal/written communication skills
