Salary Reed Accountancy are supporting our Coventry based client with the recruitment of a key member to complement friendly their team.
This role plays a pivotal part to the finance team. Reporting into the Finance Manager.
Payroll & Finance Assistant
Main responsibilities
Payroll
End to end payroll processing of a weekly, monthly and for salaries employees. Approximately 130 employees.
Payroll month end reporting
Experience of P11Ds, P32, FPS (Full payment submission, EPS, (employer payment summery), HMRC liaison.
Finance
Bank reconciliation of multiple accounts
Assisting with credit control and creditors when support is required.
Intercompany reconciliations
Assisting general finance
In summary the main role is payroll with additional accounts support. This role would suit experienced bookkeepers who predominately have a wide and varied expert knowledge base.
