Description
- Maintaining financial records and preparing accounts
- Preparation and upkeep of VAT returns
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Manage client relations via telephone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Participating in team meetings and sharing best practice
- Compliance with financial policies and regulations
- Supporting the Accounting & Finance team as needed
Profile
A successful Bookkeeper should have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in bookkeeping
- Proficiency in accounting software eg. Xero, Quickbooks
- Experience of working with multiple clients
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Good organisational skills for managing records and invoices
- The ability to work well within a team environment
- A professional qualification in Accounting or Finance
