Bookkeeper/Administrator
Skills Needed:

Can show initiative and take responsibility for own tasks
Ideally have experience with Xero software
Duties Include:
· Banking via Xero, reconciling any money in or out of the business
· Paying Bills
· Sending Invoices and chasing payments
· Answering calls
· Payroll/Expenses Claims
· Complete spreadsheet for costs, profit and debtors for KPI’s
· Produce a monthly management report
· Monitor Operating Costs
· VAT returns
· Income Source Reporting
· End of Year Accounting
· General queries regarding invoicing and supplier payments
· Ad Hoc administration tasks

Pro rata of 25 days holiday a year (you will get all standard UK Bank holidays off as well).
An additional day off for your birthday.
Hours:-
9.30am - 2pm Mon, Wed and Fri
Holiday Cover may also be required.
