We are a firm based in Borehamwood, Herts, specialising in security systems within the construction industry.
We are looking for a Bookkeeping Assistant to join the existing team and to help look after all financial records.
We are seeking an approachable and well organised person with an excellent numerical aptitude and an organised approach to work.
* Inputting customer related transactions e.g. invoices, BACs receipts etc. into Sage Line 50, inputting supplier related transactions, processing credit card, petty cash transactions and reconciling end of month control accounts.
* Preparing and actioning daily, and end of month bank account reconciliations.
* Completing VAT returns
* Deal with any customer queries with regard to invoices and any other associated tasks.
If you have solid Bookkeeping/ Finance Administration with experience of 2 years+, good communication skills, with a high level of knowledge and experience of using Sage Line 50, please apply to fill this position which is available immediately.
