Job Title: Branch Administration Assistant
Location: Halesworth
Duration: 2 month FTC position with the potential to extend
Salary: £13,200pa
Hours: Part Time - 3 x days a week, 9am to 5pm (plus on-call expectations)Life at Prestige:

We are looking for kind, friendly, talented, and caring candidates to join our Halesworth Branch Team.

The role is a part-time Branch Administration Assistant and is vitally important and fundamental to the safety and growth of the Halesworth Branch.

Your role at Prestige:

The role of a Branch Administration Assistant is a varied one and will mainly require clerical and administrative support for the Halesworth Branch Team for an initial period of two months. Tasks will include supporting with Payroll, uploading carer colleague documentation onto web roster, scheduling, supporting with rosters, and ensuring that both clients and carer colleagues receive their rotas, updating the branch face book with content, and supporting the new carer onboarding process.

The role requires a proactive response to building key internal and external relationships. A positive can-do attitude, person centred approach, excellent communication skills are all essential towards the success of this role. The role will require someone to have strong attention to detail skills and with a high level of written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and responding to inbound calls and queries from external stakeholders.
  • Receiving new client inquiries and uploading them onto our internal CRM system and making sure that they are followed up.
  • Documentation - Ensuring that the correct paperwork is being used within the branch.
  • Internal Marketing- Issuing colleague of the month/year certificates, updating branch Facebook page.
  • Booking carer colleagues onto training, coordinating calendar with the training department, and ensuring that all updates are made on the internal reporting system.
  • The person needs to be equally happy to work as part of our team and on their own initiative.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new carer colleagues by collating proof of ID, providing ID badges, uniforms, supporting them with their e-learning and booking them onto Mandatory training courses.
  • Supporting with the Induction process.
  • To work in a collaborative and co-operative manner with all health care professionals involved in the provision of care and to recognise and respect their contributions within the care team.
  • Support with the branch out of hours( this includes at least two in four weekends)
  • Maintain regular communication with their branch manager.

General Responsibilities:

  • Be a champion for internal customer service.
  • Do any other reasonable tasks that your manager needs you to do.

Skills and qualifications we're looking for:

  • Must be eligible to work in the UK and must have proof of Right to work (we don't offer sponsorships)
  • Must be able to provide satisfactory references.
  • Must be able to undergo the required DBS checks with Prestige Nursing and Care
  • Preferably having worked in an administrative capacity within a healthcare environment.
  • Ability to prioritise and work on their own initiative.
  • Committed to providing high quality administrative support.
  • You are required to maintain a high degree of confidentiality consistently
  • Good standard of spoken and written English
  • Demonstrates the behaviours associated with Prestige Nursing & Care values.

Competencies & Characteristics:

  • Computer Literacy particularly Microsoft office
  • Ability to work well under pressure on occasions.

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
