Job Title: Administration Assistant
Responsible to: Office Manager
Location: Admin Office
Purpose of job: The Inputting of Production Data, General Purchasing, office administration duties.
Hours Of Work: 10:00 - 13:00 Monday to Thursday. (12 Hours)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To input and maintain the production data on the Data Manager system including assisting in the printing out of reports and production batch cards.
- General purchasing duties. To contact suppliers and negotiate prices where applicable and issue purchase order coverage via Data Manager for general site items and production commodities.
- To assist the Office Manager with re-directing incoming telephone calls to the relevant internal departments. (switchboard duties)
- To assist the Office Manager when required with general office admin work.
- To carry out other site duties at the discretion of and as instructed by the Office Manager.
