Position: Permanent – Full Time

A highly motivated, competent and experiencedBranch Manager is sought by our client, to work in their flagship office in Guildford.

To be considered for this role you must have extensive previous estate agency experience, a proven track record of achieving exceptional results and some management experience; You will be highly self-motivated, well-presented, articulate, and specifically, be capable of winning instructions.

The role will focus on homes across a very broad price spectrum and include properties in Guildford and in the surrounding villages so local knowledge would be immensely helpful.

Skills: The skills required for this Branch Managerrole will include:

• Extensive agency experience in estate agency sales
• Valuation and listing experience
• Experience at managing and motivating a team
• Good verbal communication, self-confident & persuasive
• Customer focussed, and results orientated
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Local knowledge of Guildford and the villages helpful
• Full UK driving licence
