Due to an internal promotion, Adecco Northumberland/Newcastle are seeking a Branch Manager, to work alongside an existing team who cover commercial and industrial desks, with opportunity to grow head count and GP within the local market. We are open to a Senior or Management Consultant who is looking for their next step and can demonstrate experience in leading people, someone who is not shy of showcasing their key achievements and bringing it to Adecco!

What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for increasing the branches revenue by maintaining and growing Adecco market share in the area.
- You will do this by analysing, monitor, and deliver on key metrics and KPIs for the branch. Alongside, reaching and exceeding financial and operational targets, including profit and loss management.
- Increasing market share by leading and overseeing advertising, marketing, sales, and service efforts in the branch.
- Developing, inspiring, and coaching your branch in the Adecco way to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Strong leadership skills, driving your own business and motivating your team to exceed objectives is what will make you ideal for this role.
- You will be adept at adopting a consultative approach, understanding client needs deeply and offering tailored solutions.
- Integral to this role is the ability to generate business opportunities and nurture client relationships. You will ideally have a track record in cultivating leads, expanding client portfolios and contributing significantly to team success through strategic business development initiatives.
