The Role of Branch Manager
- Successful development and management of customer base
- Responsible for achieving sales and profit targets
- Comply with company policies
- Motivate and train team to meet company standards
- Recruit and train staff
The Candidate
- At least 3 years prior management experience within Electrical Wholesale
- Excellent communication and team management skills with the ability to motivate your team
- Lead by example
- Able to provide evidence of proven track record in delivering results and working towards KPI's
- Can communicate effectively at all levels, with customers, suppliers and staff
