An exciting position has become available for Branch Manager to join their friendly team based at their Borough Green branch.
They are looking for someone to run and oversee the team and office.
Role Responsibilities -
- In charge of the branch
- Overseeing the Lettings Manager and Lettings Business
- Responsible for generating new Business
- Conducting Sales valuations
- Building and maintaining good relationships with clients
- Providing consistently high levels of service and communication
- Managing the Team
- Responsible for P and L
Role Requirements
- Passionate about providing a superb, professional and friendly service
- Proactive and a positive can-do attitude
- Possess the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Good IT skills
- Smart and presentable
- Full UK driving license
- Live within a commutable distance of Borough Green
- Have the right to work in the UK
Package - Pro rota
- £28-32,000 Basic Salary (dependant on experience)
- Car allowance to be discussed
- Realistic OTE £45-50,000
- Profit Share
Hours of work
- 5 day working week
- Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm during the week
- Alternate Saturdays 9am - 5pm (day off in the week)
