Job Title: Brand Chef 

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates 

Package: 20,000 - 25,000 AED per month, plus benefits 

I'm currently supporting one of the leading multi-concept hospitality groups, in the Middle East, with their search for a Brand Chef. 

This role will be based in Dubai, and will be responsible for heading up culinary operations for an internationally known Mexican QSR concept. 

In short, you'll be responsible for creating, establishing & promoting the brands culinary identity and this role will report directly into the Culinary Director, with a dotted line relationship to the Regional MD.
You'll also be responsible for heading up a portfolio of circa 15 stores across both the UAE & KSA. 

Ideally we are seeking those who are bi-lingual in both English, & Spanish.
