The Vindis Group is seeking to appoint a Brand Marketing Coordinator to join its team.

Key Role Responsibilities:
As a Brand Marketing Coordinator, you will be an integral member of the Head Office Team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Work with the Brand Marketing Manager to devise quarterly marketing plans and ensure that all work is activated.
- Copywriting, design, print and fulfilment of creative marketing campaigns across online, email and physical campaigns.
- Internal marketing and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate work with external suppliers, such as printers, etc. ensuring that the best quality is ensured at the most competitive price.
- Measure and evaluate marketing campaign success, e.g. trackable numbers, website leads, email metrics, etc.
- Create, uphold and advocate Vindis Group Corporate Identity Guidelines.
- Identify news, product updates, and other relevant content, to ensure speed to market of key messages.
- Ensure brand updates, offers and campaigns are uploaded to the Vindis Group website in a timely manner.
- Assist in the booking and creative of both above and below the line advertising with both Volkswagen Group brand campaigns and external media suppliers.
- Event coordination for brand activations/launches alongside brand specialists and relevant senior leadership team members.
- Proof reading and copywriting for marketing activations.
- Ordering of Vindis Group products including specialist uniforms and branded goods.
- Work with the Brand Marketing Manager and wider team to gain experience in wider marketing practices (e.g. digital, print, advertising, social media and brand management) as well as understanding Group operations and how the two work together.
Prerequisites:
- A good working knowledge of marketing
- Experience and/or evidence of marketing knowledge / qualifications / passion
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good time / project management
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team
