Brand Marketing Exectutive

We are delighted to be working with our Fife based client who are a leading country wear company with an enviable reputation in their industry. They are looking for a Brand Marketing Executive for a newly created role where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of their brand.
Your responsibilities will span across various key areas, including:

• Managing the image library, coordinating photoshoots, driving social media promotion strategies
• Overseeing the production of a Brand Bible, generic POS and ultimately a transactional website.
• Take charge of the production of product catalogues, ensuring they align with our brand standards and effectively showcase their offerings.
• Your creative input will be crucial in maintaining a consistent and compelling visual presence across all touchpoints.
• Curating an impactful image library to orchestrating photoshoots that capture the essence of our brand, you will be at the forefront of creating visual content that resonates with our target audience.
• Social media - strategise and implement visual campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Responsible for the development and upkeep of brand guidelines
• Serving as a reference for internal teams to maintain coherence in communications.
• Oversee showroom maintenance, ensuring that physical spaces align with brand aesthetic and contribute to a positive customer experience.

To be suitable for this challenging and creative role your key skills and experience should include;

• Ideally experience working in marketing related role in the retail, country wear industry.
• You must have a creative mindset, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of brand aesthetics.
• A passion for visual storytelling.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic marketing environment.

Ideally, this is a fully office-based role but working 1 or 2 days from home may be considered.
You will receive a salary of up to 35,000 pa (DOE) + excellent benefits.
