As a Brand Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement and increase market share. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will have the opportunity to shape and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences and elevate brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership, development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote brand visibility and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling brand messaging and marketing collateral across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Strategise, plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the market landscape.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimise campaign performance.
- Manage the Brand Marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximise ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, media outlets and industry influencers.
- Keep up to date with latest trends and best practices in Brand Marketing and recommend innovative strategies to keep our brands competitive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in Brand Marketing, with a track record of successfully developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate brand objectives into actionable marketing plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
