We have an exciting opportunity available for a Brand Social Media Marketing Manager within our award winning Social Media & Content team in UK Brand Marketing. This is a crucial role in UK Marketing and is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of all Brand Social Media Marketing campaign activity. This content pillars to be supported in this role are varied and diverse, and will include topics such as Fraud, Diversity & Inclusion, Social Mobiity and Financial Wellbeing.
In this role, you will:
• Lead and manage full delivery of Social Media-led marketing campaigns from briefing to delivery across multiple Social Media platforms and digital channels
• Manage the Brand Social allocated campaign marketing budget efficiently, striving for maximum ROI, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered efficiently within deadlines
• Work with business stakeholders to define the role for marketing campaigns and create compelling agency briefs, with clear objectives and targets
• Provide central liaison with segment and product teams to drive relevant marketing briefs which deliver targeted and creative direct marketing, and challenge where applicable
• Reporting against campaigns on regular basis and provide actionable learnings and optimising accordingly
