• Community Engagement: Foster and maintain relationships with our online community. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to create a positive and interactive online environment.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze Social Media performance metrics. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations to optimize our Social Media strategy.
• Campaign Management: Conceptualize and execute Social Media campaigns and contests to promote our products/services and drive user participation.
• Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with Social Media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement innovative strategies to keep our brand ahead in the ever-evolving Social Media landscape.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of popular Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Experience with Social Media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
