Salary Range: £41, 600 - £52,000 FTE (£24,960 - £31,200) depending on experience

Broker Marketing Specialist: Ageas currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Broker Marketing Specialist to join the Team in Eastleigh on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.

As a Broker Marketing Specialist, the successful candidate will utilise Ageas’s Broker CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to develop, implement and manage insight driven marketing campaigns that enhance Ageas’s brand equity and effectively promote its propositions to UK Insurance Brokers.

Please note this role is covering a twelve-month maternity leave and is on a part time basis offering around 22 hours per week.
Main Responsibilities as Broker Marketing Specialist:

• Develop and implement key elements of the annual marketing plan to time and to budget.
• Work closely with three other broker Marketing Specialists, creating specific campaigns to promote Ageas’s broker products and services.
• Support the optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics to market effectively to current and potential brokers, using the CRM to analyse broker behaviour. Identify potential growth opportunities within target broker segments by creating an efficient scoring mechanism for account performance.
• Work closely with the Broker Marketing Team to maximise the Broker CRM integration with ageasbroker.co.uk and the Broker Extranet – creating the best self-service platform available to insurance brokers in the UK.
• Work with the Distribution Team to identify further ways that the Broker CRM can provide insight to account performance – highlighting potential problem areas within accounts or opportunities across our known accounts through the use sales data and insights from PowerBI.
• Work with Distribution Team and wider Broker Marketing Team to create Broker Biographies and stakeholder engagement trackers and dashboards on CRM
• Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organisation’s goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.

Skills and experience you need as Broker Marketing Specialist

• Proven delivery of CRM marketing campaigns ideally in a B2B and/or introducer led sales environment.
• Proven experience working with CRM – preferably Microsoft Dynamics, in particular email marketing and campaign management tools.
• Plan and promoting content that engages and grows a community
• Marketing or communication experience within the insurance industry is desirable, and/ or working with technical subject matter
• A reliable, organised, self-starter able to work effectively with minimal direction.
• Willing to go above and beyond their core role requirements if needed.Ability to use various technical aspects of marketing theory
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers to provide support and resolve issues
• Strong communicator, exhibiting good questioning and listening skills are essential for this role. Able to tailor communications to stakeholders at different levels and effectively present technical information.
• Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the principles and practices of digital marketing, including website, social media and email marketing.
• Project management: strong project management skills are essential. Demonstrable ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to adapt and respond to the changing environment in which the Broker Marketing team operates, in line with Ageas’s company values: Care, Dare, Deliver and Share.
