SalaryRedbridge Council are looking for a Building Control Officer.
- Inside IR35.
- £50hr (Could be negotiated).
Role Purpose:
- To Manage to workload of the Building Control service and ensure compliance in accordance with the building Act 1984, Building Regulations and allied legislation and council prioriites.
- To ensure the provision of a customers focues Building Control service which is fit for purpose and able to compete effectively with the private sector.
- To priorities and ensure the performance and execution of taskts are achieve within statutory timeframces and agreed action plans.
