Our client is a residential sales and lettings agents based in in North & North west London.
They are looking for an experienced Building manager to look after a major client of theirs who has a portfolio of 80 residential properties and 12 commercial properties, including offices and retail units and they manage their entire portfolio which is growing in a gradual and sustainable way.
They require a qualified property management surveyor to head up this department and oversee the operational requirements of this portfolio in conjunction with a supervising Director and an experienced residential property manager. They would also consider a property manager who has solid experience and knowledge of all aspects of commercial, block and residential management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operational needs of the portfolio to include liaising with the client accountant and property manager.
- Experience in setting service charge budgets accounts
- Commercial tenant liaison
- Hard & Soft services procurement
- Advising and overseeing works within the landlord’s portfolio
- Overseeing annual Health & Safety audits and implementing any required improvements.
