This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Services Coordinator / M&E Coordinator to play a key role within an award-winning business focussed the development and wellbeing of their teams.

The Building Services Coordinator / M&E Coordinator will focus on project delivery, managing the electrical sub-contractors on a major public sector development (£100m) in Leicestershire. Our client are considering candidates with both
Mechanical & Electrical experience alongside applicants from Electrical Sub-Contractors who are looking for a move to a main contractor.

Salary & Package:
- Guideline salary of £50,000 - £55,000 (Negotiable)
- Company Car or Allowance of £6,000
