Building Service Engineer- Factory- Days
Salary: £44-46,000
Location: Watford
We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team in the Watford area. This is an exciting opportunity for a Building Services Engineer to join a leading organisation in the area. We are a leading printing services provider, offering a variety of solutions to our clients. Responsibilities: • Responsible for daily operations and maintenance of Building Services systems for our Watford site. • Carry out regular preventive maintenance and inspections of all Building Services systems. • Troubleshoot and repair any faults or issues with Building Services systems. • Maintain accurate records of Building Services systems. • Liaise with external contractors and suppliers for repair and maintenance of Building Services systems. • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and Building Services standards. Skills required for the building service engineer:
- Good electrical and mechanical skills
- Facilties engineering experence- Ideally in a factory
- HVAC, AHU and plant experience
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Plumbing experince
