Carriera is currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor based in Bristol.
The business has an unrivalled reputation in providing building surveying and cost consultancy services nationwide. They are commercially driven working with an enticing client base, made up of investors, occupiers, funds, retail giants, through to industrial, education and residential developers.
Due to an increase of new enquiries and existing business. The opportunity requires a driven chartered Building Surveyor who is a capable fee earner and an all-rounder. The work will include dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, maintenance and refurbishments projects, building inspections, schedules of condition, party wall and monitoring. You will also be responsible for managing a small team and required to assist some of your peers with their APC.
The ideal candidate would have come from a private practice or consultancy and is chartered via MRICS. You will have commercial experience and are capable in managing a small team. This would ideally suit somebody who is looking to take on more responsibility in their career, with a view of becoming a Director in due course.
In return the business are offering a fantastic package inclusive of a salary up to £65,000 plus benefits including pension, bonus, car allowance, healthcare, 25 days holiday and more.
