We have a rare opportunity for a Business Administrator to join our team in Chester. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you'll also support the marketing, HR and wider business operations on a variety of tasks to help support our key business objectives.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:
We are looking for a pro-active candidate with great attention to detail, communication skills and a desire to learn to join us in Chester. Ideally you will have experience in an office environment or administrative role, but the right attitude and the willingness to get stuck into a variety of administrative tasks will outweigh previous experience. Typical duties are not limited to, but will include: Creating and posting job adverts for all recruitment brands, assisting with email marketing to candidates, making phone calls to our placed candidates, maintaining our office environment to a high standard, ordering office supplies, onboarding administration (HR and marketing), and much more. You'll be given full training on all of the systems and technologies you'll use, but we will need you to have strong communication skills (a strong pass or higher in English GCSE as minimum) and great organisation skills to thrive in this role.
