After successfully securing a £45million investment to fuel our ongoing growth, and to further invest in our AI products, we are hiring for a Business Analyst.
Reporting into our Head of Professional Services Europe, you (Business Analyst) will be taking ownership of solution definition and requirements activities for product implementations of SAAS, or on-premise and supplier applications with complex data requirements.
What you'll get up to - Business Analyst
- Confidently conduct client design workshops across technical design, data model, functional and business processes
- Lead process flow and target operating model workstreams
- Own the data mapping from client systems to Napier solution
- Act as a Napier product SME by gaining a deep and broad understanding of the Napier product suite
- Document and translate client requirements for Napier Technical Consultants to directly configure the solution
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify client functional and technical requirements and provide input into Napier roadmap
- Work on multiple projects (up to 5) simultaneously
Who you are
- Experience working with AML related projects
- A good understanding of customer data structure and data mapping processes
- Experience with customer process mapping through the use of various Business Analysis methodologies including workshops and business process diagrams etc.
- Good understanding of the standard development lifecycle, quality conscious
