Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will own projects from ideas to outcomes, solve problems and create excellent customer-orientated services – all with the backing and support of the wider IT function, including management.

Business Analyst – Key Skills:
- Proven record as a Business Analyst
- Ability to influence others regardless of position / seniority
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Critical thinking abilities
- Strong customer facing skills with the ability to represent the company in a confident and professional manner
- Excellent communication, adept at producing high quality documentation with ease, including using standard modelling languages (BPMN/UML)
- Ability to build relationships and empathise with stakeholders
- Confident workshop facilitator with the ability to draw information from diverse groups and gain consensus
- Requirement engineering and prioritisation skills
- Ability to perform investment appraisals, including payback and business case development
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and project management
