Post title: Business Analyst
Salary: £42,000 - £47,000 + an excellent benefits package
Location: Remote or Hybrid
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Collaborate with business stakeholders at all levels, as well as suppliers and system integrators to determine feasibility
- Be responsible for requirements gathering, leading workshops, analysing, documenting, validating requirements, exploring and recommending potential solutions, gaining approval from stakeholders and user acceptance testing for multiple workstreams
- Act as the bridge between business, technical teams and third parties regarding system functionality throughout projects
- Research the capabilities of new technology and potential vendors
- Manage smaller projects using agile or waterfall methodologies including oversee of budget spend, change control and the RAID log
- Challenge and develop ways of working to drive efficiency through better use of technology to support our Technology Modernisation programme
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills and experience of business analysis processes and methodologies
- Experience in applying structured project management, business analysis techniques within waterfall and agile environments to design, plan and monitor the delivery of projects
- Have the ability to explain complex technical information clearly and confidently to a range of technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in leading with organising and planning work to deliver objectives on time
- Have experience in at least some of the following: data projects, CRM solutions, system integration, cloud services and digital technology
- Previous experience within the NFP sector would be advantageous
