Summary
eClerx is seeking a senior Business Analyst to operate within an agile squad. The successful candidate will take ownership of AML/KYC project specifications and more specifically, automation, or process improvement initiatives. The candidate will ensure that change is articulated and managed successfully through bringing together stakeholders across Operations, Technology and Compliance. They will work the entire change lifecycle from defining the initial problem statement to closing out implementations against success criteria and retrospectives. Must have KYC automation knowledge.
Responsibilities
Business Analysis:
- Collaborate across stakeholder groups to define requirements to implement change via technology, procedures and controls
- A strong understanding of the AML/KYC space including, regulations, processes, and client lifecycle
- Prior experience with process improvement projects specifically utilizing automation and robotics
- Define business case to support prioritization of change bringing together relevant metrics and analysis
- Write / document detailed user stories, impact assessments and functional specifications Partner with technology and operations, ensuring that key stakeholders are included in the Agile journey.
Agile Project delivery:
- Support Agile squads, acting as proxy to Product Owner as required
- Innovation, ability to identify gaps & business needs and formulate into solutions in to clear user stories
- Ownership of the delivery of capabilities and epics which make the key initiatives.
- Supporting the Product owner and leadership teams with initiative planning and road mapping. Stakeholder management & provide progress reporting through effective and meaningful metrics
Eligibility Requirements
- Proven ability to manage complex requirements and delivery of regulatory change
- Strong organization and execution skills delivering high quality work under tight delivery timeframes
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated problem solving and business analysis skills, i.e. the ability to structure an approach to work through and solve complex and ambiguous challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
