Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Business Analyst.
This role will be Inside of IR35, so you will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company.
Key Requirements:
– This position is for a Business Analyst to join the Connected Services Global Transformation team to assist with the scoping, execution and deployment of business changes projects by reviewing key processes, identifying opportunities for operational improvement and maximising user engagement in the change process.
– Working closely with business owners to agree scope, draft business requirements, prioritise the requirements, agree delivery timeline, report progress, and run the Agile activities including sprint planning, PI planning etc.
Key Skills:
– Strong stakeholder management skills in various business areas including but not limited to Customer Services, Marketing, Retailers and Digital organisations.
– Experience of working in an agile environment.
– Degree qualified Agile certification.
