Job Description
For some reason, the process of moving house is still pretty old school.
Having to print out bank statements, nipping down to your local post office to send off the countless of documents you’ve had to sign; and chasing Solicitors, Conveyancers and Lenders on a daily basis, looking for an update.
Well, this is where you’d come in…
You’ll be working with a team based just outside of Oxford, who are doing everything they can to fix this archaic process.
Bringing everything online, opening communication channels between Buyers, Conveyancers, Solicitors, Lenders etc. in the hope everything can be sped up.
You’d work alongside their Product team, helping them interpret business requirements to a detailed product backlog, contributing to all Agile ceremonies and working closely with Developers to design solutions.
All of these products are built using the Salesforce suite of products – so you’ll need experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Also, you’ll spend a lot of time working with their Software Developers, so you’d need to show this is something you’ve done before.
They’re based just outside of Oxford, but realistically, you’d probably only need to show your face twice a month.
Salary wise, they’ll pay anywhere from £50,000-£65,000, plus a great package: 25 days holiday (plus BH), private medical insurance, flexi hours, volunteering days to spend with a charity/cause, share incentive schemes and plenty of other perks/discounts.
You’ll also spend 10-20% of your week on your own development. That could mean studying for external exams, playing around with new tech on R&D projects or maybe just fine-tuning certain skills to help your day-to-day work.
The interview process is really smooth, just a couple of calls done via Teams, so you wouldn’t need to take any time off work.
