Business Analyst, who is French speaking, is now required by our international travel client to join them on a three-month contract to help improve the customer experience through a data driven solution which will be accessible to their operational staff.
The right candidate will have experience in performing full analysis of customer processes and be able to identify and document data required for the company to efficiently manage passengers throughout their experience.
- Strong Business Analyst experience
- French language skills
- Experience from the travel, airline, aiport, ferry or railway sectors preferable
- Experience in running workshops.
- Work closely with other teams to define, test, and implement the new process.
- Experience in defining data in businesses to manage customers experience efficiently.
- Experience in developing new data-driven solutions.
